Terms of service

1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through https://tyro-9788.myshopify.com/ (hereinafter referred to as the "Store") between Damian Wirz (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller"), and the customer.

2. Formation of Contract
The presentation of products in the Store does not constitute a legally binding offer. By completing the order process, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase. The contract is concluded when the Seller confirms the order by email or ships the goods.

3. Prices and Payment
All prices are stated in [CHF/USD/EUR] and do not include Swiss VAT, as the Seller is currently not subject to VAT. For international deliveries, additional import duties, customs fees, or local taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. Accepted payment methods are displayed during checkout.

4. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times and shipping costs are indicated on the respective product pages and in the Shipping Policy. As products may be shipped by international fulfillment partners, delivery times may vary. The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or shipping carriers.

5. Retention of Title
Goods remain the property of the Seller until full payment has been received.

6. Warranty and Liability
Statutory warranty rights apply. To the extent permitted by law, the Seller shall not be liable for minor negligence. Liability for intentional misconduct and gross negligence remains unaffected.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by Swiss law, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The place of jurisdiction shall be Nürensdorf, Zürich, Switzerland, to the extent permitted by law. Consumers residing in the European Union additionally benefit from the mandatory consumer protection laws of their country of residence.
