Refund policy

For Customers Residing in the European Union

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, receive the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at dw21@gmx.ch with a clear statement of your decision.

Upon receipt of the returned goods or proof of return shipment, we will refund all payments received for the order within 14 days. Unless otherwise stated, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

For Customers Residing in Switzerland and Other Countries

Swiss law does not provide a statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases. However, we voluntarily offer a return period of [14/30] days from the date of delivery.

To initiate a return, contact us at dw21@gmx.ch. Returned products must be unused and in their original packaging. Unless otherwise agreed, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and provide photographs of the issue. We will offer a replacement or a full refund. In most cases, no return shipment will be required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

- Personalised or custom-made products
- Hygiene-related products if the protective seal has been removed
